Capral is aware that from time to time, scammers may impersonate reputable companies to offer fake job opportunities online. We take this seriously and want to remind job seekers to stay alert and verify any unsolicited employment offers.
To protect yourself:
- Capral will only ever communicate through official @capral.com.au email addresses.
- We do not use free email platforms (such as Gmail or Outlook) for recruitment.
- We will never ask for payment or sensitive personal details as part of our hiring process.
- If you receive a message that seems suspicious, we recommend reporting it to your local cybercrime or consumer protection authority. You can also contact us directly at [email protected] to verify any communication.

Application
Once you’ve found your ideal role at Capral, take some time out to prepare. This is the first opportunity for you to reflect on how your experiences will enable your success at Capral. Keep in mind the role, business and our values.
Keep your application professional, concise, and targeted to the role you’re applying for! We are happy with or without a cover letter; it is up to you, but remember that a cover letter can help us know more about why you have applied for the role and why you may be the right person.

Selection
The selection process here will differ based upon the role you have applied for, however at a minimum, you can expect:
- A pre-screening telephone conversation
- A face-to-face interview
- References checking
- Pre-employment medical inclusive of function capacity assessment and drug/alcohol testing
- Police / Criminal history check (for roles involving financial tasks)
* Note: all employees MUST provide proof of right to work in Australia before commencing employment with Capral; this is a mandatory requirement.
During the selection process, we will keep you updated along the way and let you know upfront what parts of the process you will be doing and when. We will do our very best to work within your schedule.

Our Mental Health Navigator is a service that offers all Capral employees and their immediate family members, fast access to a network of leading Australian clinical psychologists and psychiatrists, along with a dedicated mental health nurse.
A free and confidential counselling service for Capral employees and their immediate family members. It assists with the resolution of personal or work related problems, that may affect work performance and/or quality of life.
All Capral employees have access to our Best Doctors program; providing free and confidential medical advice from the world’s leading medical professionals.
This service is also open to employee partners, children and parents.
Capral has 12 weeks paid leave for fulltime and part-time employees of Capral who have been with the company for over 12 months and are the primary carer of a child. The scheme includes 6 months of super, a return to work payment and flexible work options.
Capral has a flexible policy that allows salaried employees in selected roles to work from home up to 2 days a week.
