Tenure Awards
In addition to legislated Long Service leave, Capral celebrate its employee’s tenure milestones for its permanent workforce via its Tenure Awards Program.
Self-Funded Annual Leave
Permanent salaried employees can purchase up to an additional 2 weeks annual leave each year. Whilst conditions do apply, this highly successful scheme offers work-life-balance for our employees.
Study Assistance
Capral offer study assistance for staff wanting to undertake further study directly relevant to their current role or career development aspirations within Capral.
Salary Sacrifice
Capral employees have a range of motor vehicle novated lease options available for salary sacrifice.
Health & Wellbeing Promotions
Flu vaccinations are provided annually at most Capral sites free of charge to employees. Larger operational sites offer free preventative and remedial physiotherapy services to employees. Other health and wellbeing services provided will vary from site to site.
Mental Health Navigator
Capral’s Mental Health Navigator program offers employees free virtual access to a network of leading Australian clinical psychologists and psychiatrists, along with a dedicated mental health nurse to give employees confidence in their diagnosis and treatment plan for a mental health condition.
Employee Assistance Program
Capral’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential counselling service provided as a resource to employees and their immediate family members. Our EAP aims to help employees improve and maintain their wellbeing; the EAP assists with resolving personal and work-related problems, which may affect work performance or quality of life.
Best Doctors
All Capral employees have access to our Best Doctors program, providing free and confidential medical advice from the world’s leading medical professionals. This service is also open to employee partner/s, children and parents.
Parental Leave
Capral's paid parental leave scheme offers up to 3 months of paid parental leave, superannuation contributions at ordinary time earnings for up to 6 months, a $5,000 return to work bonus and flexible work options for up to 6 months upon return to work.
