This superb location, boasting river and Perth city views, called for a window suite that would enhance each of the building’s unique visual aspects, while matching the meticulous fit-out of this exceptional boutique development of 41 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments along with 18 retail and office suites.

The REVA nine-level complex hugs the South Perth foreshore, which lies just 120 metres away. Within this visually breathtaking setting, it was essential to choose window suites that would accentuate the architect’s ambitions and enable every resident and tenant to delight in their surroundings.

The WA-based construction group Hanssen Pty Ltd, having a long-standing relationship with Capral, nominated the Capral sub-frame system for the project to enable a faster, more efficient build, coupled with greater on-the-job flexibility. Hanssen also commented on the benefits of working with a local supplier, and the increased reassurance of working with a tried and tested system. The support on offer from the Capral technical support team was noted as an added advantage.

Capral’s sub-frame system, featuring deep internal pockets, fully complements Hanssen’s unique build system by allowing for greater tolerances than would otherwise be available, The Capral system enabled all windows to be prefabricated, again contributing to speeding up the build schedule.
